Policies

The Little Fawn Soap Shop hand crafts all of our products so each one will be as unique as you are. While we will try to make them as uniform as possible, each one will have slight differences, which adds to the homemade charm of what we do. Colors and designs may vary slightly from what is pictured on our website, but will be made with the exact ingredients listed. 

SHIPPING:

Most orders are shipped the same day as long as the order is received before 3pm PST. Custom orders may take between 3 to 5 business days to ship. Depending on the type of order, shipping may take longer, but customers will be notified in these special circumstances. 

We ship via USPS. While we take care when packaging your order, we do not have control over what happens during the shipping process and are not responsible for damage incurred due to shipping. If there is an issue with damage to the product due to shipping, please contact us to see what options are available. 

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

We Love our soaps and want you to love them too!

Due to the nature of our business, once the product is opened we cannot accept any returns. As with any skin care product, you are using at your own discretion. If you experience any type of allergic reaction (rashes, itching, hives, etc.) Stop use immediately. Each product has the ingredients listed. If you have sensitive skin or allergies please read the ingredients carefully. We have soaps available for people with sensitive skin. Contact us for soaps made especially for you (choose your fragrance/no fragrance and color/no color)

We do not and will not ever sell your private information to any third parties. Your information is used strictly to process your order and send promotional emails.
